Her musical education apparently includes violin, viola and, of course, composition. At 21, Mica Levi has already composed for the London Philharmonic Orequestra, won over London's garage and grime scene and debuted on Matthew Herbert’s label with her high-energy pop project with The Shapes. After two much-hyped singles in 2008, they have just released the LP "Jewellery", produced by Matthew Herbert and brimming over with dissonance, youth, and a serious commitment to fun.
